The mission of Hellsing is to search for and destroy the undead and other supernatural forces of evil that threaten the Queen and the county. Hellsing is named after and centered around the Royal Order of Protestant Knights originally led by Abraham Van Helsing. Compiling the 10 Volumes into 3 complete editions.

In 2020, it was announced the Dark Horse Comics would release the Hellsing manga in a ' Deluxe Edition' format. The Dawn was effected by this heavily, as 6 chapters were only released until the magazine closed. Dornez, Alucard and Sir Arthur Hellsing as the main characters were published in Young King OURs' sister magazine, YKO Zōkan and YKO+ respectively titled ' Hellsing: The Dawn.' Each magazine however lasted very short, and both magazines were closed. In 2001 until 2006, a side-story featuring Walter C. This series consists of 10 complete Volumes on which both TV Series and the OVA are based upon. The series was licensed for English language release in North America by Dark Horse Comics. The individual chapters are collected and published in tankōbon Volumes by Shōnen Gahōsha. It first premiered in Young King OURs in 2nd of May 1997 and ended in 30th of September 2008. It was done to make all three volumes equal in length.HELLSING ( ヘルシング,, Herushingu ?) is a manga series written and illustrated by Kohta Hirano. It was also confirmed in an interview with Animenewsnetwork that rather than having the first volume have it, the third volume would have the Crossfire side-story originally included in the first three volumes of the Hellsing manga as a bonus. The size is massive, and the volumes it includes varies between each volumes. Every volume has the same cover though a different numbering at the bottom of the cover, and the edition includes an embossed casing, sewn binding, and ribbon marker instead of a newly done artwork by an author like an omnibus.

All three volumes condensed the 10 original tankōbon volumes into 3 hardcover edition volumes. The hardcover of Kouta Hirano's manga, Hellsing marks its first release in a 7x10 format with a different cover.
